Our owner Ben Baker brings over 25 years of technical recruiting expertise, having worked with some of the most innovative companies in the world, including Apple, Microsoft, Cadence Design Systems, Swedish Hospital. and Blue Origin. With deep experience in hardware, software, IT, and executive search, Ben has built a reputation for identifying top talent and matching them with leading organizations.

Ben’s career began in the fast-paced environment of Silicon Valley and has since expanded nationwide. Throughout his career, Ben has remained passionate about helping both businesses and job seekers thrive, with a particular focus on supporting diversity in the tech industry. His understanding of the unique challenges faced by underrepresented groups has motivated him to launch a minority-owned staffing agency dedicated to fostering more inclusive workplaces and helping companies find the skilled professionals they need.
